A shocking incident has come to light that a 42-year-old accused living in the neighbourhood tortured three girls by luring them with noodles. A 42-year-old man has been arrested by the Mumbai Police for sexually assaulting three minor girls.

The accused preyed on three minor girls living nearby. In her statement to the police, the mother of the victim girls said that the accused lives near her and took the three girls to his house by luring them with food and drink. As soon as the three girls reached the accused's house, he locked the door so that none of the girls escaped from the house. He then raped all three girls.

The victim girls told their mother about the incident
The mother of the victim informed the police and further said that the accused abused all three girls. When the girls returned to their home from the house of the accused, they informed their mother about the incident. When the girls told this, the mothers were shocked and rushed to the police.

Police arrested the accused
After hearing the incident narrated by the girls, the mother told J.J. to go to the police station and lodged a complaint. J.J. Subhash Borade, Senior Police Inspector of Marg Police while informing ABP said that based on the mother's complaint, an FIR has been registered and the accused has been arrested. Accused in police custody till February 4
Senior Police Inspector Subhash Borade further said that after arresting the accused, when we produced him in court, the court remanded him to police custody till February 4. An FIR has been registered by the police against the accused under IPC Sections 376, 367(b), 377, 341 and POCSO Sections 4, 5 and 12.
