In a shocking turn of events, Vinit Tiwari and Ajit Ojha, the alleged masterminds behind a fake college admission and extortion racket, have come under the spotlight once again. This time, their illicit activities have led to a fresh case registered against them, with one of the culprits, Ajit Ojha, already in police custody.

The nefarious operation orchestrated by Tiwari and Ojha involved luring innocent students with promises of college admission, only to swindle them out of large sums of money. When their victims refused to meet their exorbitant demands, the criminals resorted to even more heinous tactics, kidnapping students and attempting to extort money from their terrified families.

This disturbing criminal enterprise first came to light in 2022 when a brave victim reported the ordeal to the authorities. The initial case, registered under FIR No. 35/22 at Wagle Police Station, exposed the intricate web of deceit spun by Tiwari and Ojha. However, at that time, both individuals managed to evade the clutches of the law.

Now, in a significant breakthrough, one of the accused, Ajit Ojha, has been apprehended by the police, while Vinit Tiwari remains at large. The pursuit of justice has intensified with a fresh case registered against them under FIR No. 0302/23 at Kapurwadi Police Station. The charges brought against them include serious offenses under the Indian Penal Code, such as Sections 363 (kidnapping), 342 (wrongful confinement), 384 (extortion), 506 (criminal intimidation), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), and 34 (common intention).

Law enforcement agencies are leaving no stone unturned in their efforts to locate and bring Vinit Tiwari to justice. The arrest of Ajit Ojha serves as a critical breakthrough in dismantling this fraudulent operation and ensuring the safety of potential victims.
