I am writing to bring to your urgent attention an illegal operation of a S R Dream spa located next to the Shiv Mandir in metro medical, Shop No 1&2, Srivastav Niwas, Opposite (Kem cho Bar) , Western Express Highway, behind Delta garden, near Metro station, Mira Road East, Thane, Maharashtra 401107

It has come to the notice of the local residents that the spa, which is operating without proper licenses and permissions, is located in the vicinity of the sacred Shiv Mandir. The presence of such an establishment next to a place of worship is not only inappropriate but also deeply distressing to the community members who regularly visit the temple.

It has come to the attention of many concerned residents that the so-called spa is, in reality, operating a prostitution business. The presence of such an establishment near a place of worship is not only highly inappropriate but also deeply offensive to the devotees and the community members who frequent the temple.

Several observations have been made that indicate illicit activities are taking place at this location. These include:

1. Frequent and unusual late-night activities.

2. A high turnover of visitors, including men who are seen entering and leaving the premises at all hours.

3. Suspicious behavior and conversations overheard by local residents.

We request you to:

1. Take appropriate legal action against the owner for violating zoning laws and operating without the necessary permissions.

2. Ensure that the vicinity of the Shiv Mandir is free from any establishments that disrupt its sanctity and the peace of the community.

3. Verify the licenses and legitimacy of the business being conducted at the said location.

4.Take stringent legal action against the owners and operators if found guilty of running a prostitution racket.
