2) PS /Sections applied:- Dahisar PS. CR. No 1763/22, u/s 114, 34 IPC, r/w 3, 8(1),(2),(4) Prohibition of Obscene dancing in Hotel, Restaurants and bar rooms and protection of the dignity of the women (working in them) act 2016.

3) Seized Property:- Rs. 65,000/- cash, 1 mobile, 01 speakers, 01 Amplifier, 01 Memory Card.
4)Total accused:- 27 (01 bar conductor cum Cashier, 1 manager, 11 stewards/waiters, 01 orchestra artist,13 customers, 01 wanted licence holders and rescue 13 victim girls.)

5) Place of offence:-
"Jayprit Bar and Restaurant" near Jarimari Garden, CS road, Dahisar East Mumbai

6)Details of Operation:- On the 16th of Dec team of Enforcement received information that the above-arrested accused were doing illegal Activities in Orchestra Bar (dance bar) so Raid was conducted on 17/12/2022 at 00.20 hrs. at the above place. 27 accused were taken into Custody and the offence under the above section is registered at Dahisar Police Station.
