2) PS/Sections applied:- Charkop PS. Spl LAC No.09/2023 u/s 285,336,34 IPC R/w 4, 7, 21 Cigarette and other Tobacco products (Prohibition of Advertising and trade, commerce, production, supply and distribution regulation) Act 2003,4[a].21[a]rectification act 2018.

3) Seized Property :-
Rs.7850/- cash, 5 hookka pots n relevant parts, arround 2 kg.Tobacco flavours in plastic box (aproxmatly Rs.5000/-)

4) Total accused :-22 ( 01 conductor, 04 staff, 17 customers )

5) Place of offence :-
Smog library Resto Bar space building terrace, Ganesh chowk,opp lilyak garden building, borsa pada road Kandivali West, Mumbai.

6) Details of Operation :-
On reliable information raid was conducted while arrested accused were running illegal Hookah Parlour, on 04/01/2023 at 23.05 pm at above place. 21 accused taken in Custody and offence under above sections is registered at Charkop Police station.

PI Manoj Sutar & Staff were asked to conduct raid.
Further investigation is handed over to concern Police Station.
